**AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY** 6-Year Cask Strength Single Barrel American Single Malt Whiskey
This limited Single Barrel release celebrates 10 years of Root Shoot Malting and features original label artwork by local Loveland artist Mallory Cash. The artwork captures the view of Longs Peak from the malthouse window, the same view that has inspired Root Shoot for the past decade.
Clean flavors of alpine florals, fresh mint, cardamom and allspice.
This single barrel builds on the character of Root Shoot’s 4-year award-winning American Single Malt, taking the familiar notes of dark cherry, toasted grain, cocoa and baking spice into richer territory. Bright finish balanced with deep tones of spicy botanicals.
Aged in first-use medium char American oak barrels for six years.
Distilled in a traditional pot still, fermented off grain, and bottled at cask strength, 123 proof.
Sustainable supply-chain journey of only about 30 miles from field to bottle.
From our grain to your glass. 100% locally sourced from our fifth-generation family farm.
