Each release is shaped by our farm, our malt, and the people we work with, resulting in unique expressions that can’t be replicated.

Upslope Collaboration

A spirited collaboration between Root Shoot Malting and Upslope Brewing. Rooted in agriculture and community, our aged single malt was finished in barrels that once held Upslope Imperial Brown Ale – a beer that was also brewed with Root Shoot malts.
